Defining "Bone Straight" (The K-Factor)

True "Bone Straight" hair isn't just flat-ironed; it possesses a specific physical property called Drapability. We test this using the "Umbrella Spin Method" defined in GB/T 43446-2023.

The Test: The hair is spun at 150 r/min to flare out (Umbrella Shape), then stopped.

The Metric: We measure how quickly and completely it returns to a vertical line. This calculates the Drapability Coefficient (K).

K ≈ 1.0 Yarahair Bone Straight Standard

Result: Instant vertical recovery. Fluid movement.

The Softness Algorithm

Softness is now a data point. Using the GB/T 43004-2023 standard, we calculate the Compliance Ratio (C-Score) based on the "Heart-Shape Suspension Test" and "Comb Drag Force".

Low Friction

We measure the Retardant Force (Comb Drag) in centinewtons (cN).

Lower Force = Silkier Feel

High Flexibility

We measure the Center Height of the hair loop.

Natural Draping = No Stiffness

C-Score = h / (F × m × T)

Winter-Proof: Anti-Static Class A

Frizz and "flyaways" are caused by static charge buildup. According to GB/T 33730-2017, we test the "Static Half Period" (time to discharge electricity).

Yarahair (Class A) < 3.0 Seconds (Fastest Discharge)

Synthetic/Low Grade (Class C) > 15.0 Seconds (Frizzy)

Benefit: Even in dry winter months, our hair remains smooth and doesn't stick to the face.
