From Single Donor Raw to Standard Remy, we classify hair based on two scientific variables: Donor Consistency and Processing Level.
We use the GB/T 23166-2019 standard to define our four distinct quality levels.
The "Original Braid". Cut directly from one single donor head and bundled immediately. 100% unprocessed. No steam. No chemical bath.
Multi-Donor Unprocessed. Real raw hair gathered from multiple donors in the same region. Intact cuticles. No acid processing.
Raw Remy. High-quality hair collected from multiple donors that has NOT undergone acid baths or stripping.
Process Aligned. The industry standard. Hair is treated with mild acid and color processing to ensure uniformity and smoothness.
Why do we separate "Single Donor Raw" from "Raw Hair"? It comes down to consistency.
Single Donor Raw (15A): Because the hair comes from one person, the elasticity, thickness, and reaction to bleach/dye is identical throughout the bundle. It is the perfect canvas for professional colorists.
Raw Hair (9A-12A): This is still chemically unprocessed hair with intact cuticles. However, because it blends hair from multi donors, there might be slight variations in strand thickness. It is an excellent premium option at a more accessible price point.
